Thanks for reaching out; we're happy to help! We can facilitate an upload to our FTP server - this will require having an order of items with blank artwork in the system first so that our Art Team can place your artwork.


You may upload your large files by clicking the following link:

Once the files have been uploaded, please give us a call at 1-800-330-9622 for assistance with placing your artwork on the items being ordered.


From there, you can let us know the file names and we can request for our Art Team to update your order with the files. Once your order has been updated with the files, we will be happy to send proofs for your approval.


Our phone agents are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
